We honor client autonomy in deciding when the therapy process should conclude. Some clients experience a sense of completion before the final scheduled session—and that’s okay. Inform your therapist so we can properly terminate. You will not be billed for unused sessions, and referrals can be provided if needed.

All therapy services are provided via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Clients receive a private video link by email prior to each scheduled session.

Therapy is an active, collaborative process. Clients are expected to engage thoughtfully, reflect honestly, and apply insights and strategies discussed in session outside of therapy.
