All supervision services are provided virtually by Whitney Conaway MS, LCMHC, NCC, QCS, a North Carolina board-approved Qualified Clinical Supervisor.

Clinical supervision for LCMHCAs is designed to support clinicians as they work toward independent licensure through the development of clinical competence, ethical practice, sound clinical judgment, and professional identity.

My supervision style is grounded in a solution-focused, collaborative presence that emphasizes strengths, goal-directed growth, and ethical decision-making, while remaining responsive to the developmental, cultural, and professional needs of each supervisee.

Supervision services are provided in accordance with NC Board LCMHCA licensure requirements, which will be discussed at the first meeting and outlined in the supervision contract.

Individual Supervision - $110 | 60 minutes

Triadic Supervision - $95 per clinician | 90 minutes

Group supervision - $100 per clinician | 2 hours
